The idea behind this website was born from observing some Facebook shortcomings.
It seemed that the majority of users of private groups, like Telluride Sweet Deals, were using Facebook to sell or trade items. But their items were getting lost by sheer volume of posts in a single-column format. The use of the "bump" became commonplace and was still ineffective.
Using a more structured ad-site with a classified listing seemed the best alternative.
This site is designed to augment the power of Facebook and other social media sites to promote the sale and trade of goods and services in the Telluride area.
